Anytime Telehealth is a technology company built by a physician for health care providers who want to connect with patients in a way that is convenient, cost-effective, high quality and drives value – while also supporting the medical home delivery model. We believe a strong provider-patient relationship is key to better health, lower healthcare costs and better outcomes.
Anytime Telehealth is different because we believe in the power of keeping care within established networks of care. How It Works
Our telemedicine platform helps you deliver the ease and convenience patients want — on your schedule and your terms. Here’s an example of a simple workflow:
01. You Decide
Choose the days, hours and types of visits you’ll provide via telemedicine. Outline your current workflows and we will collaborate to align the technology with your current process. Our solution is designed for you to be able to pull different “levers” to ensure you practice telemedicine the way you want. We will customize your system to meet workflows: offer walk-in visits, scheduled appointments or both.
02. Patient initiates visit
When a patient joins at the scheduled time via the Anytime Telehealth website or mobile app, they initiate a live video visit. Offer your patients the option for after-hours walk-in visits and scheduled visits for:
- Sick visits
- Behavioral health
- Lactation consultations
- Follow-up visits and more
03. You receive a notification
When a patient requests a visit, you can choose if the provider is notified or if the request is routed to your office staff or triage nurse. The office staff can take more information and then route the visit to the provider. Once a patient enters the waiting room, you are notified when a virtual visit request comes in on a day and time when you have designated availability. If a visit is requested when you are not available, determine whether your patients should be routed to a partner, such as another physician, clinician, urgent care, etc.
04. Telemedicine visit
Within the waiting room you can review key information, chat with the patient, review pictures and then initiate the video visit. During the visit, you can see the patient and gain more information to help guide your care. The visit can be conveniently offered from anywhere. Provide care, share guidance on how to follow-up and more with the convenience of telemedicine.
05. Enter the visit into your EHR
Record notes from your visit in the physician portal within Anytime Telehealth and send an after visit summary to your electronic health record. You may also choose to enter data directly into your health records.

What is Anytime Telehealth?
Anytime Telehealth is a telemedicine solution designed for the physician on a mission to foster the physician-patient relationship. Our platform exists to connect patients and clinicians in a way that ensures patient and provider satisfaction, high quality care, and continuity of care. Anytime Telehealth also helps physicians reduce the loss of patients to other “providers” and expand their practice’s reach. Our simple, easy-to-use technology can be accessed from anywhere, using a smart phone, tablet or computer.
How is Anytime Telehealth different from others in the telemedicine space?
Anytime Telehealth is different from others in the telemedicine space in three important ways:
Our “Software as a Solution (SaaS)” model means we exist to help physicians build their practices thru collaboration – not competition.
We believe in the power of keeping care local. This is why we work with board-certified physicians in practices and pediatric partners nationwide. If we aren’t able to connect your patients to you, we want you to guide them to partners you choose.
Anytime Telehealth was designed for physicians by a physician, who understands that children need and benefit from specialized care that isn’t often found at the retail or urgent care clinic on the corner.
What types of practices and specialties can use Anytime Telehealth?
Anytime Telehealth works with individual physicians, group practices, clinically integrated networks, urgent care clinics, and hospital systems. Imagine a network of care centered around the medical home.
Is Anytime Telehealth HIPAA compliant and encrypted?
Yes. Our telemedicine platform is securely encrypted and all information is protected and shared in accordance with HIPAA compliance standards.
What if I have limited time or resources to staff a telemedicine program?
Anytime Telehealth gives you complete control and options on how you want to provide telemedicine. You choose the hours, how to schedule, and what types of visits you’ll provide via telemedicine. Our solution also allows you to partner with other practices, urgent care clinics and/or hospitals to help provide patient care.
How are health insurance claims handled with Anytime Telehealth?
Each practice, state and region handles insurance reimbursement differently. Anytime Telehealth will collaborate with you and your practice to determine if and how best to handle each scenario. If insurance is billed, the billing is done by the practice. We do take credit cards if the service is not covered. Your practice can set the fee for uncovered services.
Does Anytime Telehealth provide any type of reporting or analytics?
Yes. Anytime Telehealth can provide reports specific to call type, duration, and provider. Additional data is available as needed.
What will my patients’ experience be like when using this technology?
Whether accessing Anytime Telehealth via our website or mobile app, the user experience is a simple, speedy and intuitive one. Requesting a virtual appointment only requires three simple steps:
01. New users register for their free Anytime Telehealth account by simply sharing their email address, creating and confirming a password, and clicking “Submit.” Returning users login quickly and easily using their email address and password.
02. New users are asked to share a bit about themselves, including:
Name and contact information
Health insurance provider and policy number (optional)
Physician’s practice code or name and contact information (so that we can route the appointment request appropriately)
03. Request a visit
- The patient will provide the state where they’re currently located, why care is being sought, with an option to upload photos that may be helpful in diagnosing and/or providing care.
That’s it! With a quick click of the “Submit” button, the visit is requested and the user’s video appointment should be initiated shortly. Our average wait time is less than 10 minutes.

Anytime Telehealth lets you decide what your patients will pay for all types of virtual care visits. Our experienced team is happy to provide best-practice-based guidance as needed, but ultimately, our physician partners have complete control.
