With Anytime Telehealth, accessing quality healthcare is convenient and affordable — day or night, weekday or weekend. Start your video appointment with your physician or a trusted board-certified, local physician in three easy steps.
Register for a free account or login with your existing account. Then, tell us a little bit about yourself, including:
- Your name and contact information
- Your health insurance provider and policy number (optional)
- Your physician’s practice code, or name and contact information
- Your payment information. Rest assured, your card won’t be charged until you complete a consultation.
02. Request a Visit
Set up your profile. Simply tell us:
- Your name, birthdate, gender, height and weight, and about any allergies, current medications, and medical conditions
- Why you are seeking care, with an option to upload photos that may be helpful to the physician
- Click “Submit” and sit tight. Your trusted physician will be in touch shortly.
03. Receive Care
If your physician is available and a part of our network, you will see him or her. Otherwise, you will be connected with your physician’s preferred on-call clinician.
Things We Care for
Anytime Telehealth allows physicians to provide care virtually non-emergency needs. Some examples of what we can treat via telemedicine include:
- Allergy conditions
- Cold symptoms
- Cuts and abrasions
- Flu symptoms
- Insect bites
- Pink eye
- Breathing issues
- Respiratory issues
- Skin rashes
- And much more
A video visit enables your physician to offer you advice on home care and if/when you need to be seen in-person instead. And if you need a prescription post-visit, no problem. We can submit prescriptions directly to the pharmacy of your choice. If you need a note for work/school we can help with that, too.
What It Costs
An increasing number of insurance companies cover telemedicine, so check with yours to learn more about coverage and copays.
No insurance — or no coverage for telemedicine? No worries. Anytime Telehealth and its physician partners offer a flat fee option, too. This amount is far less than what you’ll pay at most retail clinics, urgent care clinics and emergency rooms. And you are only charged if you complete a visit with a physician.

If your physician is available and a part of our network, you will see him or her. Otherwise, you will be connected with your physician’s preferred on-call clinician. All of our partners are board certified and licensed in your state.
Using the camera on your smart phone, tablet or computer, our technology works a lot like FaceTime and Skype in that you will see your physician and he/she will see you — clearly and easily from anywhere. By being able to see you, rather than just talking on the phone, your doctor can better diagnose, treat and/or advise you on how to care for your condition. If needed, your doctor can also prescribe medications and provide a note for work or school.
Anytime Telehealth should be used for non-emergency needs, such as the common cold, skin irritations, cuts, allergies, fever and respiratory issues. If you have an emergency need, please call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
Anytime Telehealth is not designed for emergency needs. If you are facing an emergency situation, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
